Auf ARA wird gesamte EMRS-Ausrüstung und Prozessleittechnik erneuert. Umbau betrifft alle elektrotechnischen Komponenten der Kläranlage und des Verbandssammlernetzes. Neuere Komponenten bleiben bestehen und werden eingebunden. Leistungsumfang: Verteilerschränke, Elektroinstallation, Licht- und Kraftinstallation, Potenzialausgleich, Blitzschutz, Messtechnik, Speicherprogrammierbare Steuerungen inkl. Touch-Panel, Bussysteme, Übertragungstechnik zu den Außenstationen, EDV-Infrastruktur, Netzwerke, Prozessleitsystemtechnik Umbau in Etappen, gewisse Anlageteile müssen in Betrieb bleiben. Mit Behinderungen und verstärktem bzw. sporadischem Personaleinsatz für Demontagen, Provisorien ist zu rechnen.
