Ausgeschrieben wird ein Dienstleistungsauftrag im Bereich Film und Videofilm. Das Ziel des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages für fünf Jahre mit fünfmaliger, für den Auftraggeber einseitigen, Option auf Verlängerung um je 1 Jahr. Geplant ist die Produktion von bis zu 14 AMS-Berufsinformationsfilmen pro Jahr. Das maximale Abrufvolumen des Rahmenvertrages beträgt € 1,4 Mio. Einmal jährliche erfolgt eine Festlegung des Produktionsprogramms inkl Realisierungszeitplan. Die Endabnahme der Jahresproduktion erfolgt jeweils Mitte November. Der/die BewerberIn muss personell, technisch und organisatorisch dazu in der Lage sein, die Berufsinformationsfilme in der durch den Rahmenvertrag festgelegten Zeit, professionell zu realisieren. Die technische Umsetzung umfasst „klassische“ Aufnahmetechniken im Format Full HD in der Auflösung 1920 x 1080.
