II.2.4) Description of the procurement:Subject of the planned tender is the award of a service contract for the technical assistance of the evaluation of the pilot operation within FAIRway Danube based on a detailed evaluation concept made available by the participating Contracting Authorities. The prolongation in time and additional tasks will be an optional part of the procurement. Altogether, the contract is planned to last until the end of FAIRway Danube which may be extended until end of 2021 at the latest. The tender will be an e-procurement procedure: all communication with bidders and all information and document exchange between the bidders and the Awarding entity, in particular all questions and their answers by the awarding entity, shall only occur electronically via the tender platform of ANKÖ. Use of the tender platform is mandatory and a participation in the tender without using the tender platform is not possible.
