The International Disability Alliance (IDA) is an alliance of eight global and six regional organisations of persons with disabilities. We advocate at the UN for a more inclusive global environment for persons with disabilities and their organisations. The aim of the Helen Keller World Conferences (HKWC) is to provide opportunities for persons with deafblindness to have their own forum to learn from others and have the possibility to share personal experiences of deafblindness. http://www.internationaldisabilityalliance.org/
