Therefore, the Subject of Services is cloud hosting and managed services. The supplier must keep the future IT landscape in good working order, free from defects that the virtual machines are running smoothly and functioning properly in accordance with levels of performance set in the tender documents. The service management methods shall be based on the concept of ITIL and are described hereafter.

Therefore, the Subject of Services is cloud hosting and managed services.
