II.1.1)Title:RailNetEurope (www.rne.eu) is an association set up by a majority of European Rail Infrastructure Managers and Allocation Bodies (more than 35 members). In order to improve our software solutions’ quality of service, simplify hosting and operations management processes and support future expansions, we would like to migrate complete data center to the cloud. |

The supplier must keep the future IT landscape in good working order, free from defects that the virtual machines are running smoothly and functioning properly in accordance with levels of performance set in the tender documents. The service management methods shall be based on the concept of ITIL and are described hereafter. |

- Virtual machines from a cloud provider of their choice
- Migration of the existing RNE data center
- 24/7 – Monitoring and incident management
- Service desk for RailNetEurope
- Maintenance according to ITIL principles described hereinafter
- Regularly maintained technical documentation
- Regular reporting on performance issues, incidents and bugfixes/patches
